“Trust in Him at all times, oh people; pour out your heart before Him;
God is a refuge for us”-(Psalm 62:8)

All of us face adversity in various forms and at different times.
Life is difficult, often painful, often hurts.
A major part of spiritual growth is learning to trust God in such times of adversity.

It’s easy to trust God when things are going well, but we must believe and trust in Him in all times-good or bad.

Trust God in every single moment.
Trust Him always,
at all times.
He will be there for us through it all.
Trust God and ‘pour out your heart before Him.’

The consequence of fixing your heart to trust In God is to pour out your heart in prayer.
Trusting in God is praying to God.
And it is not just any old kind of prayer but a prayer which comes from deep within the heart.
And God will hear the sincerity of your heart.

God has been relentlessly kind to us - day in, day out, month in, month out,
year in, year out.

Everyday the kindness and faithfulness of God has been in our lives.
He has unbounded patience, unending goodness.

His compassion is always greater than our sin.
He is scandalously forgiving.

His mercy burns as it destroys shame.
His love is so compelling...it heals us.
It strips away all our pretense and restores us to happiness.

His grace is the empowering presence within that enables us to feel good about ourselves.

His mercy is His total favour given gladly to the undeserving heart.

His goodness is so outrageous and shocking.

His love is designed to overwhelm all things especially fear, shame, low self esteem.

He loves being trusted.
He is delighted and astonished when we use our faith.

He will never keep
a record of our sins or failings... and He gives us value in the eyes of the Father.

These nature of God must shape who we are.
Having the right picture of God -
who is God for you?,
will lead us into blessings, destiny, and breakthrough.

(Psalm 143:8)

The very morning brings you word of your Father’s unfailing love for you.
He never fails to be there for you.
He makes certain that you understand the direction you must take.

We can never go wrong when we start the day with God and follow His guidance.

Our needs are not merely physical, but spiritual. Nourishment for the soul is as necessary as food is for the body.
Taking time with God every morning requires practice and discipline.
When we begin the day with God He sends us off in the right direction because He knows what is waiting for us.

Trusting Him means taking time with Him to set our course for the day according to His will.

We need to understand that to meet the challenges, bear burdens, solve problems, and fulfill the responsibilities to which one is exposed to each day without first drawing near to God we are doomed for failure.

Make it a habit to prepare for the demands of each day by beginning in communion with the Father, because He delights to hear your prayers.

Therefore, we should delight in the opportunity to draw near to Him...entrust the cares of the day to God, asking for His blessings, direction and strength.
Never start the day without Him.

God said, "When you pass through deep waters(storms in life),
I will be with you, they shall not overwhelm you."-(Isaiah 43:2)

"Cast all your anxieties(storms in life) on Him, because He cares for you."
-(1 Peter 5:7)

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble(storm in life)."-(Psalm 46:1)

All of us will go through various storms in life.
The Bible tells us that God wants us to trust in Him in the midst of every storm, to know that we can take refuge in Him.

The Bible promises that God will take care of us. We can realize that He is Good and faithful, and our stronghold, protector and shield, our refuge and strength.

Whe you experience the storms of life, don't give in to fear or panic.
Call on God...
pray continually.
Trust Him with all your heart.
Make Him your refuge and strength.
Rest in Him.
Let Him fill you with peace.

God will carry you through every storm and give you the strength to make it.

You probably know what to do to be healthy.
You know that you should exercise,
eat good things, and drink lots of water.

When you do these things, your body stays healthy.
God not only wants your body to be healthy. He also wants your mind and spiritually to be healthy as well.

How do you keep your mind healthy?
One way you can do that is to begin to have healthy relationships.

When it comes to relationships, God's goal is that you're whole. He cares about all of you, your spirit, soul, and your body. See what He says in this verse.
"Stay away from every kind of evil. Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again."
(1 Thessalonians 5:22-23)

God wants you to be healthy in every way, not just in your body. Why?
Because He loves you that much. He's not giving guidelines in your relationships to keep you from having fun or from enjoying something.
Instead, it's to keep your body, spirit, and soul whole.

I share God's Word with you in the hope that you will choose to pursue relationships that keep your spirit, soul, and body healthy.

God is with you always!
Be blessed with His Word...Eat and feed your soul with the Word of God!

“Be confident of this:
He that began a good work in you will continue to perform it until it’s perfectly complete”-
(Philippians 1:6)

This means that God wants to finish the course with you.
God will not get tired and quit halfway through the process, nor will He stop fulfilling His promises.
He will continue until you get to where He is taking you.

God doesn’t want you to be ‘a little’ happy.
He doesn’t want you to be slightly blessed.
He doesn’t want you to be partially healed.
God wants your life to be characterized by joy, and He wants your joy to be full.

He wants you to live in abundance.
He wants to give you the desires of your heart.
He wants you to be complete and content. When times get tough or things don’t go your way, keep your confidence up.

God is completing what He started.
You may not see anything happening with your natural eyes,
but you must believe that in the unseen world, God is at work on your behalf.
Your future is intact with God.
You will not go under,
you will go through.

“There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started the great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears”
(Message translation of Philippians 1:6).

The best is yet to come. You can get up each morning expecting things to turn in your favor.
Start expecting the goodness of God.
Start expecting His blessings,
His healing.
Be confident believer of God.
Let faith rise in your heart.
Get into agreement with God, with His Word, and He’ll do more than you can ask or think.

"I am the Alpha and the Omega,"
says the Lord God,
"Who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."
(Revelation 1:8)

No matter what we face in life, we can be assured that Jesus is always with us and that He is in control.

When we are struggling in our walk with Christ, it is important to remember that Jesus is the source of our strength.

He is our Rock and our Refuge;
He is our strength and shield;
He is our Defence and our Defender;
He is our Good Shepherd;
He is King of kings and Lord of lords.

Let us not be afraid, but rather let us put our trust in Him and rely on Him for our strength and guidance.

He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, and He will never leave us nor forsake us.
Praise His Holy Name!

There is no end to Your greatness and in awe and wonder.

Jesus is coming again!He came the first time and He will come a second time!

Jesus Christ came to earth the first time...
He was born...
He died on the cross...
He rose again from the dead...
And then 40 days after His resurrection, He ascended to heaven.
This event marked the end of our Lord's first coming as He returned back to heaven.
His first coming where He would suffer and die.His second coming where He would conquer and rule and reign.In the same way that you believe that Jesus resurrected from the dead, believe that He will return... He is coming again!How to prepare for His second coming?- keep your faith in the Lord.Your efforts to remain faithful, your efforts to serve and give are not wasted.- Do not waste your time. Do not waste any time being unfaithful to Him thinking you can make it after He returns.He is coming for the faithful not the unfaithful.As we wait for Jesus,
let us keep on believing, hoping and working hard so we will be happy to see Him when He appears.- God wants you to watch until Christ comes."Therefore, keep watch, because you do not know on what day our Lord will come."(Matthew 24:42)Jesus said,
"Be on guard! Be alert!You do not know when that time will...What I say to you, I say to everyone, Watch!"(Mark 13:33,37)

What have you done with the Lord Jesus who came to save you about 2000years ago?
What have you done with Him?
He came to save and give you eternal life!

The Bible is written by the inspiration of God.
The Bible is also powerful because it corrects, instructs us and it helps us think and believe right.
If we get the Bible into our hearts and lives it has the power to change us.
The Bible isn't just concepts or ideas,
it's powerful!

So don't just let the Bible be ideas or concepts.
Rather get into God's Word. Let it be part of your everyday life.
Read it daily, get the truths into your heart and see how powerful God's Word really is!

"Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."

This verse reminds us that we can cast our burdens, worries, and frustrations onto the Lord. When we feel weighed down by the challenges of the week, we can trust in God's sustaining power.
He promises to support us and keep us steady, even in the midst of difficulties.

May your Friday morning be a reminder of God's unfailing love and guidance!
