I know maraming parents ang against sa screen time 📺. As a parent, dumating din sa time na tinanggal ko yung iPad kay Sam and it was amazing. Mas nageengage sya into imaginative play and mas naging active sya. But at one point, naisip ko na madami syang alam dahil sa iPad, anything na pinapanood nya may natututunan sya. In fact, yung planets, letters, colors, and numbers. Di ko yan tinuro sa kanya and his vocabulary is pretty broad. 🤯

I guess as a parent, make sure that YOU are in control! 💪 lahat ng pinapanood at nilalaro dapat managed mo. Most especially, oras ⏰ and rules are set. Kapag sinabi mong tapos na dapat they know how to give it up.

Technology is part of their generation dapat kahit papano exposed and ready sila.

Kayang kaya mi yan, mii!

“Si Samuel laging natutulog sa simbahan” and that is very true, madalas nakakatulog sya sa misa. Nung tinanong ko sya sabi nya yung music daw kasi nakakarelax. 😌 But to think about it, naisip ko lang comfortable sya sa church.

I remembered when I was young, every time I get a chance I would go to the Adoration Chapel of San Roque Parish and I felt comforted, as if everything will be alright. Indeed, it was. It made me so calm and at peace.

No one taught me, no one forced me. Until now, I still do that and it’s very comforting. I hope one day, he’ll feel the same way I feel. 💕

For the mommies out there, kahit na alam nyong matutulog or maglilikot lang ang mga bata sa church, dalhin nyo pa din po. They will eventually outgrow yung mga little things they do now.
