Man’s BEST friend 💙…
Throwback to Koa’s first real hike💙💙

Summer is right around the corner… and for a lot of dogs that means beaches, lakes, and swimming pools 💦…
Did you know NOT all dogs are great swimmers? Koa loves water, and knows to “swim” when in water, however his density and head size do not allow for optimal buoyancy. We have since gotten him a life vest. Make sure you know your dogs abilities in water before assuming they can swim well!

Soul dogs… do you have one?
If you’re lucky, one will walk into your life one day and unlock a piece of your heart that would not have been used otherwise 🥹.

Oso was a gift for my kids from my mom (a very well thought out and planned gift- dogs as gifts in general are NOT a good idea)… but after moments of being in our home, he was MINE. I looked into his eyes and saw something I had never seen before in a dog- if you have a you know exactly what I’m describing 🥰.

This video pops up in my memories every once in a while and melts my heart- who knew a gentle little puppy, a literal angel from day one… would steal my heart, and the heart of millions on the internet 🥹. Oso’s known for his big head, but his heart is infinitely bigger ❤️

My kids went and saw the new LILO and Stitch Movie and immediately came home and said “Bam is the real life !!!”

If you’ve been doing it differently, you’ve been doing it wrong 😂🙌 (and I should have spell checked my text in the video 🤦🏻‍♀️ you’re, not your… oops) . Oso might just put out of business 😉
Everyone always askes how we keep our house so clean with 3 dogs and 3 kids… truth is- we don’t! It’s a constant effort and we have to vacuum SEVERAL times per day and mop almost every other day. The dog hair struggle is REAL! And then there’s the drool

Remember to be patient with your dog. 🐾

They wait while we answer emails, finish chores, scroll our phones, and rush through our day… quietly hoping for a glance, a word, a scratch behind the ears.
They may only be one part of our busy world, but to them, we’re their entire world. So take the extra minute. Give the belly rub. Go on the walk. Sit with them a little longer.
Because those small moments? They’re everything to them. ❤️
