I just want to appreciate myself for staying strong despite everything happening to me - my career, my goals, and everything in between. 🎀

I remember before, I couldn’t even stand properly on my right leg because it felt unfamiliar, and I couldn’t bear weight on my left foot too. But now, that same right leg is the one that helps me hop when I need to transfer to my wheelchair or the car. I can also wear slippers on my left foot and bear weight now but my ankle is still fractured and healed incorrectly. 👩🏻‍🦼

I’ve also gained weight again because I’m always sitting. Even when I diet, I can’t seem to lose weight since I’m not exercising yet and my routine is different now, but it’s fine! I know I’ll be okay after my surgery, by God’s grace. 📿

I’m grateful for what I have now, and for everything I’ll receive and experience in the future. Thank you, partners, for trusting me and my craft! You know now why I had to turn down numerous gifted collabs, even if they’re from big and well-known brands, because I need to save up and collect more funds for my surgery. 🧿

And of course thank you so much, self, for being strong and patient! We can do this! 🫶🏻
