Pork giniling (I used fresh tomatoes).
Masarap sa mainit na kanin tapos may kasabay na mangga.
Pwede rin palaman sa pandesal kinabukasan, kung may matitira... Hehe.. Let’s eat!😋😄

How to cook Pork Giniling:
1) Saute onions, tomatoes (lots of it, around 5-7 pcs for 1/2 kilo of pork), & garlic.
2) Add ground pork then saute for 5 minutes.
3) Add potatoes, carrots and bell peppers.
4) Add patis, laurel leaves, ground pepper and a bit of sugar (to balance the taste).
5) Add water and atsuete powder (for color).
6) Allow to cook until the potatoes & carrots are done and until the sauce has thickened.
7) Add green peas then allow to boil.
8) Adjust salt or patis, if needed.
