Key Responsibilities:
• Overall growth and development of all handled accounts
• Monitoring and maintenance of high-level performance by all handled accounts
• Informed and involved at all times with the going-on of the accounts. Ensures effective and sound planning, delivery of good service, and promotes/maintains solid client/agency relationship
• Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives
• Build long-term relationships with clients; centered on mutual trust and confidence
• Cultivate positive attitude and work ethics among handled direct reports
• Mentor and motivate team members to exceed expected goals
• Supervise account management and strategies
• Represent company to prospective clients
• Facilitate evaluation of employee performance based on indicated goals and conduct coaching/mentoring every quarter to ensure continuous improvement of performance
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of company
• Present reports on account progress, KPIs, and goals to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Perform other delegated tasks
