Combustible ci******es has dozens of flavors.

Alcoholic drinks has hundreds of flavors to choose from.

Flavors help smokers switch to the less harmful alternative which is va**ng.

So why is va**ng being singled out?

The next one is also troubling.

18 years old is the age of majority, when you can decide on your own.

Buy combustible ci******es at 18 years old
Buy alcoholic drinks at 18 years old
Drive a car at 18 years old
Vote at 18 years old
Get married at 18 years old
Enter into a legal contract at 18 years old
Etc. at 18 years old

In the Philippines you need to be 21 years old to buy and use v**e, which according to Public Health England, Royal College of Physicians and Cancer Research UK is 95% less harmful than combustible ci******es. How do we explain that?

We appeal to the government to allow us these basic rights as adult smokers or v**ers to decide for ourselves!

House Bill 9007 proposes to balance these flaws on our existing laws. It is a balanced, fair and sensible proposed v**e regulation that protects adults and minors alike.
