We went to my uncle's christening, and I also helped with the cooking since they were already preparing cassava roll. Others were wrapping lumpia and turon, while some were frying kalamay on the other side. Meanwhile, others were butchering the pig, and I ended up helping mix the cassava roll since it couldn't be cooked by just one person, especially if they're elderly because it's exhausting to mix and the steam from the fire is hot! When it’s almost cooked, it becomes very difficult to mix because it's thick, and there's a risk of the mixture getting burnt 🤗🔥

We ventured into the forest of Mt. Malindig and gathered vegetables such as banana blossoms, wild bitter melon, and fiddlehead ferns. We also passed by the fields to see the crops like corn, ginger, and others. On our way home, feeling hungry, one of our companions climbed a coconut tree to fetch some coconuts for us to drink and eat 🤗🤗

Pumunta kami sa mt.malindig at nakita ko ito kaya natuwa naman akong picturan dahil hitik ito sa kanyang mga bunga 🤗
Basta ito po ay ausep/awsep hindi ko po alam kung ano ang Tamang term 😅😅

Dahil nga nasa may globe na kami ,dumaan din kami sa mga taniman at kumuha din ng mga gulay 🤗😅😅sabay nadin mag buko 🤣🤣

Nanguha nga din pala kami nitong mga ampalayang gubat , bunga at talbos nito! Masarip aring ihalo sa monggo kung tawagin ito ay APALYA ! 😅 Nanguha din kami ng puso ng saging na kung tawagin ay saging matsing o pakil 😅 naka Isang Sako kami sa 25klos 😀 not bad ang Pag suot sa gubat ng mt.malindig 🤣😅😀
