Here are some pro tips that I can share with you!

1. Use Clear, Simple Communication: Team members who rely on a dominant language (like English) should be coached to avoid jargon, slang, and complex idioms that can make others feel like outsiders or less competent.

2. Courteous language is also essential. The use of words, such as: thank you, please, a gentle reminder, let me help you with that. Are just simple words that you may use to gain the respect and trust of the person you are speaking to.

Standardize Softening Language in Communication Norms. Specially when working in an environment with diverse cultures.😉
