NBI HACKED?!

I saw reports circulating online claiming that nbi(.)gov(.)ph was compromised. Based on the URL being shared and the availability of a mirror, there is publicly accessible evidence of the reported defacement.

The reported defacement appears to involve a newly created directory with an altered index page.

The observed defacement suggests that the attacker was able to gain some level of access to the server. Possible na na'shellan ang site, but since walang technical details at official statement from NBI eh speculation lang natin yan. 😅

May mga nag memessage sakin asking kung legit ba raw na nahack yung HOR site, aba'y ewan ko.

The website of the Philippine House of Representatives was allegedly hacked. However, the official website, congress(.)gov(.)ph, appears to be unavailable at the moment, making it difficult to independently verify whether the circulating defacement page is legitimate or simply a screenshot being shared online.

Well, base sa nasagap ko legit raw, ang problem lang dito sa mga nag announce ng mga ganitong hacking news like Deep Web Konek eh pag may nagbigay sa inyo ng source, hingi sana kayo ng mirror for proof. Muka tuloy fake news yung post nyo.

Dun naman sa "hacker", pag mag papa post kayo dyan sa mga pages, bigyan nyo ng mirror para hindi mukang fake news. Ang baduy kasi pag deface tapos screenshot lang, talo pa kayo ni Junmar nyan. 😂
