Benefits:
• Natural hiding & grazing surface
• May antimicrobial properties from tannins
• Maaaring makatulong sa pag-condition ng water environment
• Extra cover, especially for craylings & juveniles

Tip: Gumamit ng malinis at pesticide-free na dahon. Banlawan muna bago ilagay sa pond/tank, at huwag sobra-sobra—water quality, filtration, oxygen, at proper feeding pa rin ang priority.

Alternative Hides for Craylings & Juveniles!

Hindi kailangan gumastos nang malaki para mabigyan ng safe at maraming hiding spots ang ating craylings at juveniles!

With a little creativity, puwedeng gumamit ng budget-friendly/improvised hides na nagbibigay sa kanila ng sariling space at nakakatulong para mabawasan ang stress at cannibalism habang lumalaki.

Tip: Make sure na clean, smooth, at aquarium-safe ang materials bago ilagay sa enclosure.

Alam mo ba? Isa sa pinaka-common na dahilan ng poor water quality sa crayfish ay overfeeding.

Golden Rule: Magpakain ng humigit-kumulang 1% ng body weight ng crayfish gamit ang quality pellets bilang daily feeding guide.

✅ Mas kaunting food waste
✅ Mas malinis na tubig
✅ Mas healthy ang crayfish
✅ Mas mababang risk ng ammonia buildup

Tandaan: Mas okay ang konting kulang kaysa sobrang pakain. Obserbahan ang pagkain nila at alisin ang mga pellets na hindi nakain pagkatapos ng ilang oras para mapanatiling malinis ang enclosure.
