Remember Mother’s Day isn’t happy for everyone.

For some…
It’s a reminder of the baby they never got to hold.
It’s empty arms and a house that feels too quiet.
It’s a complicated relationship that isn’t worth celebrating.

For some…
It’s doing it all alone without the support they need.
It’s grieving a mom they wish was still here.

And for others…
it’s loving their kids deeply
while silently struggling in ways no one sees.

So this Mothers Day, be gentle with people.

Not every smile means they’re okay.
Not every silence means they’re not hurting.

Mother’s Day looks different for a lot of people.
And all of those feelings are real.
