I hate it when I see you, my mood turns so sweet,
Each glance you give, makes my heart skip a beat.

Making me hope for more than it seems.

It makes my heart race, I feel so brave.

✒️ 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗡𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗦: Protests at EDSA shrine

Today, September 13, various progressive groups protested along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue to show their stance on the alleged ongoing corruption as seen from our Government.

At around 10 A.M, the protesters marched from the EDSA Shrine at the corner of Ortigas Avenue, to the People Power Monument in White Plains Avenue. Showing their bravery, perseverence, and will to fight for the Filipino People.

These countless of protests taken part in different areas in the Philippines stand as a reminder to us that we—as Filipinos, students, and as the Country's youth—strive for truth and justice, nothing less.

Heto na, ang huling araw!

Kumusta na, klasmeyt? Tomorrow, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟏𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 marks the third and last day of the 1st Quarter Periodical Examinations! Let this be a reminder for you to always believe in yourselves upon each exam that you will be taking. Make sure to prepare yourselves, and to always take care of yourselves while preparing for this upcoming day!

🌟Be reminded that you are always doing your best, may it be at times of hardships or struggles. Keep being passionate, remind yourselves why and what you’re doing this for! Let’s focus on being positive and staying formidable at all times. The amount of resilience and hard work that this will require is inevitable, despite this, alam kong kaya mo ‘yan, Klasmeyt!

📌Always remember, no matter what the result may be, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁! The efforts you’ve exerted are already enough! Keep up the positive and mighty spirit! The road is rocky, but remember that you are not alone. We are all in this together!

✏️ Dalawang araw na lang ng pagsisikap, pagtitiyaga, at pagaabot sa ating mga pangarap! 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝟮 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙢𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬—it may be tiring, draining, and overwhelming, but we never doubt that our Baby Falcons can get through it!

With trust, compassion, and support, healing becomes possible.

𝐀 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝑨 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆

On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, the Junior Highschool Department of Adamson University held its 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡.

The 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 started around 1:00 PM and ended at 3:00 PM. Each section from 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝟕 𝘁𝗼 𝟏𝟎 were assigned to do a showcase of a certain traditional food that belonged to the countries of ASEAN. This was done in order to create an exhibit of the chosen traditional food of each section and to show its significance to their lives and history. In each section, there were two representatives that were chosen in order to present their traditional food and they were required to present its name, where it came from, its cultural significance and how it correlates to the country’s geographical being.

During the time of preparation around 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝗣𝗠 to 𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝗣𝗠, students of each section and grade level decorated their very own booths just right outside of their respective classrooms. The booths were filled with very colorful, joyful and extraordinary decorations. Each one served its own ways of showing the cultures of their respective country. Additionally, students exhibited their very own traditional food; creating a beautiful display of plating on each food during the exhibition.

As the exhibition began around 𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝗣𝗠, students, teachers, and judges were brought by the dishes presented by each grade level and section—learning the aroma of different spices, the cultural background and significance, and its very unique and diverse taste. It was very-well presented and appreciated during the time that the judges started roaming around each section to begin the exhibition.

Overall, the food fair delightfully produced creative ways of showing profound admiration upon the culture and history of each country. It was thoroughly done through the presentation of traditional dishes and experiencing the variety of tastes to each bite of food. The event successfully promoted teamwork, creativity, and cultural appreciation among students, while allowing everyone to experience the diverse cuisines of ASEAN.

𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍: On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, we, the AdU-BED, celebrated our 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁. (2/2)

At 8:00 AM, the parade began from the FRC Grounds and proceeded to Cardinal Santos, Saint Therese, and Ozanam, before returning to the FRC Grounds for our program.

The program started with a prayer, afterwards, Mrs. Candis sang our national anthem. The program then continued with a dance by the Kindergarten students.

𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟏 (𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟑) was then presented, their dresses and costumes were beautiful.

Folk dancers performed a mesmerizing routine, and some of our students performed the traditional “Itik-Itik” folk dance.

The dances were followed by the presentation of 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟐 (𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝟒–𝟔). The representatives looked magnificent in their countries’ national attire.
