Why pro-Marcos Filipinos believe another Marcos is justified

1. Track record over theory
Supporters value visible results (roads, bridges, infra, foreign relations) more than ideological debates.

Governance is output, not noise.

2. The sins of the father ≠ the son
You believe individual accountability, not inherited guilt.

BBM is judged by his actions, not his surname.

3. Post-EDSA disappointment
After Marcos Sr., corruption, poverty, and political drama continued.

From Pro-Marcos view: EDSA promised change, but failed to deliver it to ordinary people.

4. Stability over chaos
Marcos leadership is associated (rightly or wrongly) with order, diplomacy, and calm governance.

Less drama, less antagonism.

5. Respect for democratic choice
Marcos won through elections, not force.

Democracy means respecting the people’s vote—even if elites disagree.

6. National unity narrative
“Move on” is not denial, but a call to stop political division.

Prioritize healing and forward movement over endless blame.

7. Results > rhetoric
Less moral grandstanding, more economic focus.

For supporters, quiet work matters more than loud virtue signaling.

Do we FILIPINOS deserve another MARCOS? 🤔 Hmmm
