LGBTQ Customer NAGALIT NG TINAWAG NA "SIR" PINATAYO ANG CREW NG 2 HOURS?!

LONG POST ahead. This happened around 6 PM July 21, 2024.

Hello! Ikaw ba to ang nagpabarog og empleyado sa Ulli's Ayala Center Cebu for two (2) hours because this server from Ulli’s called you “Sir”? My memory was so clear kay nanuroy me sa akong mommy since 4 PM sa Ayala Center Cebu then ninaog me sa elevator near Leylam then we saw this employee doing parade rest since 6 PM. I really thought tag-iya ka and you were just discussing things with the employee so we shrugged it off then continue roaming around sa Ayala. Wala jud ko nahimutang and I told my mom that it has been nearly 2 hours ingon ato ang pose sa server facing this guy namely Jude Bacalso. So ni-interfere ko and asked this guy Jude unsay nahitabo if tag-iya ba sya or customer. The guy Jude sarcastically said na “Go ask him (referring to the server) what happened.” Then I asked the server unsay nahitabo and ingon sha “Natawag nako s**g sir.” then gibira nako ang server ngadto sa ilang staff room then this server broke down into tears and mura s**g ga panic attack.

At that time, naay customers dining in and clearly saw that this server was standing for 2 hours but no one was even curious to know why and what happened. The other employees sa Ulli’s already tried to console in behalf sa server but this guy Jude won’t leave the server because of the sole reason that the server misgendered the guy Jude Bacalso. Matod pa daw aning Jude is naa shay pangutana sa server na dili matubag sa server and this guy Jude said na “Aw you will be standing there until makatubag ka sa akong pangutana.” Idk the exact question was but should be related sa pronouns and being misgendered. For context, nag sorry nani ang server as well as the employees to this guy Jude and wala japun niya lung.i ang server. There were no managers around sa Ulli's Ayala Center Cebu and some of the employees nanghilak nalang kay wa silay mabuhay.

Og wala me maabot sa akong mommy ngadto og wala me mu interfere, dili jud mahunong og barog kaning server facing this guy Jude Bacalso. Let me ask you—kinsa ka nga magpabarog og tawo just because of that mistake? Wala kay katungod mu treat og mga tawo sama sa imong gibuhat sa server na gipabarog nmo atubangan pajud sa imo for 2 hours. Daghan tawo nangagi sa Ulli’s imagine duol na sa entrance/exit. Bisan kinsa pa na ma-pobre or ma-datu wa kay katungod mu ingon ana kay tawo rana. Ikaw mismo kahibaw ka og asa ka gasugod dili ta mag hinilas. Wala lang jud ko naka video kay focus ko sa server na gahilak.

Also, you voicing for LGBTQ? For that mere mistake sa server, is that how you want to influence? Part ko sa LGBT myself and you bring shame sa atong community na grabe ka nakayatak sa katungod sa tawo. I am calling you out and you being held accountable sa imong actions.

Bisag asa ta mag-abot di tika atrasan. Kalit raman kag kawala on where you were seated, you should be there to address that.
