Studying for hours without rest only leads to burnout.

Isipin mo na muscle din yung motivation mo to study. Kapag pinilit mo siyang gamitin nang walang pahinga, mapapagod at manghihina rin siya. But if you give it the right breaks, you’ll study longer and focus much stronger.

That’s why it helps to study in short, focused intervals instead of forcing long, exhausting sessions. Try breaking your review into 25–30 minute chunks with 5-minute breaks in between.
This is called the Pomodoro Technique.

Work smarter, not harder.

Some days you’ll feel like you're the best of the best.

Every answer you make is with confidence.
Lahat ng topic nagegets mo with no effort.

On other days, you may feel like nothing sticks at all and you start doubting if this is really for you.

That's normal. Every student goes through it.

What truly matters is not how "smart" you feel on a given day, but that you keep showing up, study everyday, and keep moving forward.

Nursing is not about perfection but rather, resilience and consistency.

So if today feels β€œslow,” remember: it’s still progress.

Osmosis vs Diffusion - why are they confusinggg?

Chances are nalilito ka rin sa kanila πŸ˜…

They are very similar, but at the same time different.

Let's break it down in a simple way:

Diffusion:
- Movement of particles (solute) from high concentration β†’ low concentration
- No membrane required
- Example: Oxygen & carbon dioxide exchange in the lungs

Osmosis:
- Movement of water (solvent) through a semipermeable membrane
- Goes from low solute β†’ high solute
- Example: RBCs swelling in a hypotonic solution

Diffusion = think of the solute moving to fill up the space
Osmosis = think of water moving to make the space bigger
