I don’t know what I need right now.

Some days it feels like a distraction might help—something to free up my mind, even just for a moment. Other days, I crave a long break with no responsibilities, no expectations, no one needing anything from me.

And then there are moments when I don’t want a solution at all. I just want to disappear for a while. Not forever—just long enough to rest, to breathe, to remember who I am beneath everything I carry.

Maybe I don’t need to have it figured out yet. Maybe naming the heaviness is enough for today.
