I’ve spent most of my career helping other people keep things moving, and I always thought it would be nice if one day I had someone doing that for me too. 😂

Someone to find leads. Do research.

Follow up on things. Help with content.

Check stuff I don’t want to check.

You know. The tiny tasks that somehow eat your entire day.

Then I started building AI agents.

One for research.

One for leads.

One for operations.

One for random s**t I keep forgetting to do.

And at some point I realized…

wait.

Did I finally hire my own VA? 😂

Except apparently I hired an entire tiny AI team.

The easiest way I can explain an AI agent is:

ChatGPT is someone you can ask for help.

An AI agent is closer to someone you’ve given a role and said:

“Here’s the job. Here’s what you can use. Go do it.”

It can use tools, follow instructions, check things, and actually take actions depending on what you give it access to.

I still review the important stuff because I’m not giving my AI employees the keys to the house. 😂

And if you’re thinking:

“Okay Queen, but how do I get my own AI agents?” 😂

I wrote down exactly how I built mine here:

Clients find me. I don't find them.

I don't want to spend my days chasing leads, sending 50 cold DMs, or convincing people that I know what I'm doing.

I want to spend my time doing work I'm proud of.

Build things that actually solve problems.

Put the work out there.

And let people see for themselves.

That's the business I want to build.

Not because I think outreach is beneath me. Sometimes you have to go knock on doors.

In fact, Claude Code called me out about this literally two weeks ago:

“Builders avoid selling by building. It's the most common way technically excellent people stay broke, and you're exactly the profile.”

First of all, f**k you Claude. 😒

Second of all...

fair.

Because building IS the comfortable part for me.

Selling isn't.

So no, this isn't me declaring that I'll never do outreach again while hiding in my terminal building another completely unnecessary system. 😭

It's me saying I want to build enough proof that eventually...

the work does the pitching for me.

Anyway.

Leaving this here for future Abie:

Clients find me. I don't find them.

Let's see. 👀😂

If you have something in your business that you’re tired of doing over and over again, hit me up. 😂

Honestly, personal life too.

If it makes you say “there HAS to be a better way to do this” I wanna hear about it.

Claude Code: Dilly-dallying…

Fine. 😭

I, too, shall dilly-dally.

See you when you're done, king. 😂

AI will really look you straight in the eyes and say:

“Everything is verified and working.”

with the confidence of a man who checked absolutely nothing. 🥴

Never trust an LLM just because it sounds confident.

Verify. Everything. Yourself.

If you’re a VA, learn AI and automation.

Seriously.

Not because AI is coming to steal your job tomorrow. 😂

But because the job is changing.

Clients are going to expect more than someone who can follow an SOP and complete a list of tasks.

Learn how to use AI. Learn automation. Learn how systems connect. Learn enough to know what should be automated and, equally important, what probably shouldn’t be.

And if you’re a business owner…

Please don’t fire the person holding your entire backend together because ChatGPT or Claude successfully made one spreadsheet. 😂

AI can do a LOT.

But there’s a big difference between doing a task and understanding the business well enough to know which task needs doing, what happens next, what could break, and when a human needs to step in.

I don't think VAs are disappearing.

I think the definition of a really good VA is changing.

And honestly, I think the VAs who learn how to work with AI are going to become ridiculously valuable.

Curious what you think:

Will AI replace VAs or just completely change what clients expect from them?

Random thought.

I love going through the s**t I've posted online over the years because honestly, it's basically an archive of my mental stability or instability at that exact moment. 😂

And one thing I've noticed is that a weird amount of the things I've put out there eventually happened.

I've always joked that I'm a master manifestor, but sometimes I scroll back and I'm like...

WAIT. 👀 I'm currently living that reality.

A few years ago, I worked with a client who taught me a lot about energy work, the higher self, and being authentic.

I remember asking her why she didn't batch her content.

Because in my head, that's what you're supposed to do.

Batch everything. Schedule everything. Be consistent. Keep showing up. Feed the algorithm. 😂

And she basically told me she didn't work that way.

She would post when the energy felt aligned.

At the time, I didn't really understand what she meant.

Now I think I do.

There's something funny about social media because we're constantly told:

You have to put yourself out there.

And I get it.

People can't find you if you're invisible.

But I also don't think putting yourself out there has to mean constantly manufacturing something to say.

Sometimes I want to post because I built something cool.

Sometimes because something happened.

Sometimes because I'm proud.

Sometimes because I'm confused.

Sometimes because apparently I need the internet to preserve evidence of whatever psychological era I'm currently going through. 😭

And maybe that's why posting has started feeling good to me again.

It feels less like:

“What content should I create today?”

and more like:

“This is where I am right now.”

Anyway.

Since apparently I have a suspicious history of putting things online and watching them happen...

I would just like to formally leave this here for future Abie:

I WILL WIN THE LOTTERY. MAKE THAT 500 MILLION PESOS.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 😂

See you when I'm scrolling back through this post from my beach house.

Exactly one year ago, I was an Executive Assistant.

And my idea of “using AI” was basically opening ChatGPT or Claude and asking it things. 😂

That was it.

I wasn't building agents.

I wasn't writing Python.

I definitely wasn't thinking about APIs, webhooks, databases, monitoring, or what happens when an AI decides to do something completely unhinged at 2AM. 😭

Fast forward one year...

I'm now running an AI voice system for a US client that makes around 5,000 calls a day.

11 AI assistants. A dialer. CRM integrations. Booking. Dashboards. Reporting. Monitoring.

Real calls. Real appointments. Real business outcomes.

Sometimes I look at what I'm working on and think:

**How the hell did I get here? 😂**

The more I build, the more I realize how much MORE there is to learn.

A year ago, I didn't even know what I didn't know.

Now I do.

And unfortunately my brain has decided this means we must learn all of it. 😭

So I've given myself a new project.

For the next six months, I'm spending at least 30 minutes a day deliberately getting deeper into the engineering side of what I already build and run.

Python properly.

Docker.

AWS.

Queues.

CI.

Observability.

And especially the AI side I'm becoming slightly obsessed with:

Evals. Guardrails. Agent reliability. Monitoring.

Because after watching AI interact with thousands of real humans, I've become way less interested in:

**“Look what AI can do!”**

and much more interested in:

**“Okay... but how do we make sure it keeps doing the right thing?”** 😂

Building systems made me want to understand the layer underneath them even better.

And I want to document that process here.

Not as an expert teaching from the finish line.

Just someone who went from:

**“Hey Chat, can you help me with this?”**

to building production AI systems...

30 minutes a day.

Let's see what happens.

Dumb thing I did yesterday:

I got locked out of one of my Gmail accounts. 🥲

Okay, reset password.

Except...

The recovery number is an old number I don't have anymore.

Backup codes?

Of course I didn't save them. 😂

So now I'm in full panic mode thinking about what emails might be sitting in there that I can't access.

Then I remembered...

**My AI agent is connected to that Gmail.**

So I asked it to check the inbox for me and find the code/email I needed.

And it did.

Found the email, pulled up what I needed, crisis over. 😭

Am I trusting my AI agent a little too much?

Honestly... maybe. 😂

But this was one of those moments where I realized how useful agents become when they're actually connected to the tools you use and not just sitting in a chat window waiting for prompts.

I build these things and somehow I'm still surprised when they save me from my own stupidity.

Anyway, I have now learned my lesson.

**SAVE YOUR BACKUP CODES.** 😂
