LinkedIn is not just for resumes. It’s a client-hunting platform.
Kung alam mo lang gamitin, pwede kang makahanap ng direct clients kahit beginner ka pa.
📌 1. Optimize mo muna profile mo
Bago ka maghanap, dapat “hire-ready” ka
▪️ Professional photo (clean + friendly)
▪️ Clear headline (e.g. Virtual Assistant | Admin Support | Social Media VA)
▪️ About section na simple pero confident
▪️ Skills (Admin, Email, Data Entry, Canva, etc.)
Tip: Isipin mo parang “online portfolio + resume + branding”
📌 2. Use LinkedIn search properly
Dito nanggagaling ang clients
I-type mo sa search bar:
▪️ “Hiring Virtual Assistant”
▪️ “Looking for Executive Assistant”
▪️ “Need Social Media Manager”
▪️ “Remote Assistant hiring”
▪️ “Startup hiring VA”
Then filter mo:
Posts
People
Jobs
📌 3. Hanapin mo ang “signals” na hiring sila
Hindi lahat nagpo-post ng job ads
Look for:
▪️ Small business owners
▪️ Startup founders
▪️ Coaches / consultants
▪️ SaaS companies
▪️ Agencies
Tip: Kung active sila sa posts = potential client
📌 4. Engage BEFORE you pitch
Big mistake ng beginners: DM agad
Better strategy:
✔ Like their posts
✔ Comment (value-based, not spam)
✔ Be visible first
👉 Example comment:
“Great insights! This is really helpful for small teams handling remote operations.”
📌 5. Soft DM approach (hindi hard sell)
Pag visible ka na, saka ka mag-message
Example:
“Hi [Name], I saw your post about needing support in your business. I’m a Virtual Assistant with skills in admin support and data entry. If you ever need extra help, I’d love to connect.”
📌 6. Apply sa LinkedIn Jobs tab
Search:
▪️ Virtual Assistant
▪️ Executive Assistant
▪️ Remote Admin Assistant
▪️ Customer Support VA y
👉 Apply + follow up after a few days
Hindi instant ang clients sa LinkedIn.
Pero kung consistent ka, you will start getting noticed.
