This is to formally inform the public, our members, partner organizations, and the riding community that Mr. Julio Lamsen is no longer affiliated with Rizal Retro Riders (Triple R). His membership and any association with the organization have ceased.

Accordingly, Rizal Retro Riders expressly disclaims any responsibility, liability, endorsement, or authority with respect to any of Mr. Lamsen's personal actions, statements, decisions, representations, transactions, or conduct occurring after the termination of his affiliation with the organization.

Any views, opinions, or activities undertaken by Mr. Lamsen are solely his own and do not reflect the position, policies, values, or official stance of Rizal Retro Riders. He is not authorized to represent, speak on behalf of, or act in the name of Rizal Retro Riders in any capacity.

We respectfully request that the public refrain from attributing any of Mr. Lamsen's personal matters or activities to Rizal Retro Riders. The organization shall not be held accountable for any claims, obligations, disputes, or consequences arising from his personal conduct following his separation from the club.
