Sam's bestie/April's cousin!
Tuesday
I was surprised those days were full of kindness and joy.
Samuel and Apple helped me with tricycle services. We went to VTC Mall, the grocery store, and McDonald’s, and enjoyed pizza together.
That evening, Samuel stayed at the hotel. I wanted to visit to watch movies together. We laughed and signed jokes while the Deaf group helped clean the room.
Deaf Signed
Apple: Please stay at the hotel to help me, Ced!
Ced: Huh, No, let’s go home, it’s okay
Samuel: No home, please Ced, stay at the hotel
Apple: Yes, please Ced!
Ced: Whatever, okay
Samuel and Apple: Kilig! You want to sit with Ced
Ced: You’re crazy! Kulit na
Samuel and Apple: LOL, funny! Excited by your gestures
Ced: Okay
Later, I met Samuel’s pibling (aunt/uncle). We waved and shook hands, happily introducing ourselves through sign language.

Wednesday
I took a tricycle for the last time to the Happy Island Inn.
Samuel arrived in the morning to meet his pibling and Greyson. She looked beautiful from Bato and Baras, Catanduanes.
We traveled with a tour guide:
1. Binurong Point Jumpoff – We walked the trail; though late, the view was breathtaking.
2. Little Cave at Binurong – She held a camera, recording videos with a smile.
3. Guinsaanan Beach – his surfed there 🏄🏻♂️ amazing and so cool
4. St. John the Baptist Parish Church (Libod, Bato, Catanduanes) – We took peaceful photos together and signed prayers.

Friday
Samuel called, “Get ready!” We met again, ready to travel.
He waved from the tricycle, smiling as we talked in sign language about family and his talented aunt.
We went to Batag Beach (near Midtown Inn) and saw Jesus’ Face Rock Formation is quiet, powerful, and full of peace.

Sunday
It was time to say goodbye. 🫂👋🏻
We had fun, laughter, and kindness together movies, travel, and beach memories in beautiful Catanduanes.
Samuel’s trip ended from Legazpi to Manila, then Manila to California, but our memories remain forever.
