Mga buwan na ngayon, grabe lumala yung Yung Atopic Dermatitis (eczema) ko. Siguro dahil sa baha, araw-araw kailangan kong lumusong sa tubig papunta sa trabaho
Laging p**a yung balat ko, makati, mahapdi, tapos puro butlig at paltos pa
Pinakamasakit sa gabi—ang kati at hapdi, kaya hindi ako makatulog. Pag umaga, pasok sa trabaho na sobrang pagod.
Halos lahat na yata tinry ko: gamot, ointments, creams, pati ilang dermatologist na rin ang pinuntahan ko
Pero sa totoo lang, wala talagang pangmatagalang solusyon. Minsan parang gumagaling, pero bumabalik din yung flare-ups.
Dumating yung araw na sabi ko: “Tama na.”
Itinigil ko lahat ng topical creams
Hindi ko naman sinasabi na masama yung mga ointment, pero napansin ko na simula nung tumigil ako, hindi na sobrang dependent yung balat ko
May eczema pa rin ako, pero hindi na ganun kalala yung flare-up tulad dati.
