What is your mission?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will help our clients achieve exceptional customer service and drive customer satisfaction.
Become and remain knowledgeable and informed regarding TDGX's service offerings, products, and any changes to the organization's policies, procedures, and terms. Liaise directly with buyers/sellers/creators such as checking status of order/delivery, payment/settlement inquiries, account/listings management, and more in a timely manner. Capable of coping with peak in contact volumes and fluctuating work types.
Who are we looking for?
* At least 1-2 years of work experience
* Knowledge of call center technology, as well as call center operations, messaging, web chat, and social media platforms, or e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
* Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and comprehension, ability to follow instructions, and exercise sound and rational decision-making.
* Must be a team player, possesses (1) excellent judgment, (2) working in a high-volume environment.
