Please be advised that the conduct of labor inspection and related activities from 30 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 shall continue to be prioritized in the following instances:
1. When an inspection arises from a complaint;
2. Occupational Safety and Health Investigations and inspections conducted in the aftermath of disruptive events, such as natural calamities and human-induced disasters;
3. Technical Safety Inspections (e.g., inspection of boilers, pressure vessels, mechanical and electrical wiring installations);
4. When work is performed in high-risk establishments, as identified under Department Order No. 252, Series of 2025, that expose them to imminent danger;
5. Establishments where economic activities and demand are expected to peak during the holiday season, such as those in the manufacturing, construction, telecommunication, pyrotechnics, and public transportation industries; and
6. Technical and Advisory Visits of micro establishments.
Monitoring of compliance with correction orders, conduct of mandatory conferences and other related activities arising from previously conducted inspection activities, and issuance and enforcement of compliance orders shall continue in accordance with Department Order No. 238, Series of 2023.
