Feeling behind because a competitor seems to be running ads nonstop and you don't know how they can afford it? ๐
I get this question a lot. And usually, the answer isn't "they have a bigger budget." It's that their numbers are just better.
If your cost per lead or cost per conversion is off, you can burn through budget fast and still feel behind. But when those numbers are dialed in, more ad spend just means more return, not more risk.
That's actually the fun part of this work โ Google Ads campaigns I've managed have hit as low as $6.25 cost per conversion, and Meta leads down to $9.11, well below typical industry averages. Numbers like that are what let a business "afford" to run ads nonstop. It's not magic. It's math working in your favor. ๐
So if a competitor seems unstoppable with ads, it's probably not their budget โ it's their efficiency.
Do you ever catch yourself comparing your ad spend to competitors, without actually knowing their numbers? ๐
