π©Ί Role Overview
Our client, a U.S.-based healthcare services organization, is seeking a Contracting & Credentialing Specialist (Job Code: A198) to manage the full lifecycle of provider contracting and credentialing. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, billing readiness, and strong payer relationships.
β¨ Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

π Core Responsibilities
Credentialing & Enrollment Management (45%)
β’ Maintain compliant provider credentialing files
β’ Submit and track credentialing & re-credentialing applications
β’ Monitor expirations, timelines & payer requirements
β’ Resolve payer documentation requests
Contracting & Payer Relations (45%)
β’ Review, manage & maintain payer contracts
β’ Track renewals, fee schedules & amendments
β’ Resolve payer enrollment and rate issues
β’ Partner with billing, RCM & operations teams
Billing Support (10%)
β’ Assist with enrollment-related denials & claim follow-ups
β’ Support billing accuracy and workflow improvements

Requirements
Must-Haves:
β’ 2+ years in credentialing, contracting, or RCM
β’ Experience with U.S. healthcare payer/provider processes
β’ Strong attention to detail and follow-through
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & credentialing systems
Nice-to-Haves:
β’ ABA or behavioral health experience
β’ CAQH ProView & NPI/NPPES knowledge
β’ Payer and provider-side RCM exposure
