POPULARITY IS NOT IMMUNITY.

More than 32 million Filipinos voted for Sara Duterte in 2022. That mandate deserves respect, but it does not place any public official beyond scrutiny.

Impeachment is not about overturning votes. It is about answering serious questions when public trust and taxpayers’ money are at stake.

Let the prosecution prove its case. Let the defense answer. Let the evidence decide.

A mandate gives power to govern.
It does not give immunity from accountability.

₱612.5 million in confidential funds is under scrutiny. and taxpayers have every right to demand answers.

Prosecutors questioned Gina Acosta’s inability to recall details about Davao City’s confidential funds, pointing out that she appeared able to remember events from the same period when questioned by the defense.

Acosta maintained that some deeper Tagalog words were difficult for her to understand.
