A new Manulife Philippines study, “ : Future-proofing Young Pinoys,” reveals that while millennials and Gen Zs are redefining what it means to live healthier, purposeful, and financially independent lives, many struggle to turn awareness into action.
Despite 83% having strong health knowledge, only 76% consistently practice healthy habits—held back by stress, screen time, and sleep deprivation. The study also found that financial independence tops longevity concerns, especially among women who face unique financial challenges.
Through its innovative insurance and investment solutions, Manulife aims to empower young Filipinos to bridge the gap between intention and action—helping them live healthier, longer, better lives with purpose and confidence.
