ANNOUNCEMENT:
Please be advised that as of May 18, 2026, we are implementing a strict non-replacement and non-reinstatement policy for all deactivated ChatGPT accounts. This decision stems from the growing instability and stress involved in managing these accounts for both parties, as well as the significant financial losses incurred from covering the ₱1,100 replacement fee per buyer. To sustain our operations and control expenses, we can no longer absorb these costs. Furthermore, findings show that these deactivations are frequently caused by the customers' own misuse and violation of guidelines through illegal prompts. Thank you for your time and understanding.
