The audit is live. Sabi nila, "be patient" daw. Pero paano ka maghihintay sa isang school building na sa papel lang pala nag-eexist?

Welcome to Lesson 4: The Ghost Projects. Hinabol natin ang bakas ng ₱1.4 Billion pesos na budget para sa "Last Mile" schools. Ang resulta? Sa 76 na barangay, tanging damo at bakanteng lote lang ang dumating. Ito ang anatomy ng Unity Logic:

Pero ayon sa huling PISA at EDCOM 2 data, ang katotohanan ay mas masakit pa sa breakup.

0.47% lang ng ating mga grade-schoolers ang may sapat na "proficiency" sa pagbabasa at math. Ibig sabihin, sa bawat isang libong bata, apat lang ang handa para sa kinabukasan. Ang 996? Iniwan natin sa dilim.
