Our brave little heart warrior, Aiden, has earned his wings. 👼

With unimaginable pain and shattered hearts, we share that our sweet Aiden joined our Creator on the afternoon of May 3, 2025, at just 6 months young.

He fought with a strength far beyond his tiny body and brought light, love, and hope into our lives and the lives of so many who followed his journey. His beautiful smile lit up even the heaviest days, and his spirit touched everyone who met him.

Though his time with us was brief, his impact is eternal. His smile, his courage, and his warrior spirit will stay with us always.

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” — Matthew 19:14

Rest now, our sweet boy—no more pain, no more struggle. Just peace, joy, and love in the arms of our Creator.

Hello everyone! Here's what I've been through. I've been in the Pedia ICU at the Philippine Heart Center for 1 month now, 3 days in the Emergency Room and 27 days in Pedia Intensive Care Unit and up to present (still counting). During my stay in the ER, my lungs collapsed, and in the following days, I was also diagnosed with sepsis. Because of this, the doctors had to postpone my heart surgery to focus on stabilizing me. My heart contractility even dropped to just 18%, but with constant Care, Love, and your Prayers,☝️🙏 it has now improved to 80%! I’m slowly getting better and hoping to return to the original plan, my heart surgery. Please continue to include me in your prayers as I fight each day.

Current balance in the hospital without Professional Doctors fee: 1,000,000+ php (1M+) without the surgery yet. 🫣🥺😓

We have Guarantee Letters from the government but we have used everything already. If you know someone who could help us secure more guarantee letters, please message us. 🙏🏾

Update on Ethan's Condition 😭❤️‍🩹😭

Yesterday, we were supposed to take Ethan for his immunization to catch up on his delayed vaccines. However, the center required a doctor’s check-up first, so we had to head back home. On the way, we noticed that Ethan had been sleeping longer than usual, even though it was already time for his feeding. When we tried to wake him up, he wasn’t responding. I kept trying, but he wouldn’t wake up or even cry. Despite being on oxygen, his levels weren’t improving.

We rushed him to the Heart Center, and by the time we arrived, he was struggling to breathe. The doctors said his heart couldn’t handle the pressure anymore, and he needed to be intubated. Suddenly, his heart stopped beating for a few minutes. The medical team had to perform CPR and give him emergency medication to revive him. Thankfully, his heart started beating again, but he needed to be transferred to the PICU. Unfortunately, the ICU was full, so we had no choice but to wait in the ER.

That night, his oxygen levels and heart rate kept going up and down. Then, his heart stopped again. The doctors and nurses rushed to save him, and all we could hear was them trying everything to bring him back. For nine minutes, his heart wasn’t beating. We had no idea what was happening, but we are beyond grateful that he fought his way back to us.

The doctors have told us that Ethan is still in critical condition and that what happened could happen again. This was already the second time, and we need to prepare ourselves for any possibility. He is not out of danger yet.

Right now, Ethan has a fever, but thank God, what happened last night has not repeated, and we are praying that he continues to fight. We are still waiting for him to be transferred to the PICU. His right lung has collapsed (Atelectasis), and doctors are treating it with antibiotics. Because of this, his surgery will be delayed again until he is stable.

We humbly ask for your prayers for Ethan to overcome this battle. He is going through so much, and we are doing everything we can for him. As a parent, my heart is completely broken seeing my son like this knowing you cannot do anything but to wait. So please, please help us pray for him. 😭😭😭

Thank you po Mom and Dad for setting up our room to make sure that I'm always safe. Magpapalakas pa po ako para sa surgery ko. Bumibigat na din po ako. Sabi po ng doctor ko need ko na po ng urgent operation kasi po nahihirapan na po ako everyday pero lalaban po ako. 🥹❤️‍🩹🙏
