Robinsons Land announces today, January 6, 2025, the appointment of Maria Socorro Isabelle 'Mybelle' V. Aragon-GoBio as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2025. She succeeds Lance Y. Gokongwei, who will continue as Executive Chairman to provide strategic guidance.

With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Aragon-GoBio brings deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and a forward-thinking approach to lead Robinsons Land into a new era of growth and innovation. Her focus on customer-centricity, operational excellence, agility, and sustainable development will further strengthen RLC's market leadership and create long-term value for stakeholders.

A homegrown leader who began her RLC journey in 1993, she has led key developments across logistics, residential, office, and mixed-use estates, driving growth and diversification through strategic vision and innovation.
