Cake & pastry making day 2 ❤️

Mayor Ninya wanted to showcase Salcedo’s local cacao, so we made a gelato using her cacao nibs, dark chocolate, and kunafa pistachio bars. It turned out so delicious—bittersweet with that perfect crunch!

What we made today:
•Dark chocolate gelato ice cream with kunafa pistachio chocolate bars and cacao nibs
•Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting
•Moist chocolate cake with Salcedo’s dark chocolate ganache filling topped with Salcedo’s cacao nibs
•Banana loaf bread topped with Salcedo’s dark chocolate bars and cacao nibs

What a fulfilling experience! Thank you for having me. 🥹🫶

The art & the haggard artist 💁🏻‍♀️

Share ko lang tong 4-tier full fondant debut cake na pinrep and design for 3 days then sinet up pa sa venue. Share ko lang din na ito yung pinakamabigat na cake na nagawa ko since both cakes sa bottom tiers (12x6”, 10x6”) are edible! 😍 As in hindi ko kayang buhatin, kailangan 2 na tao ang magbubuhat ng cake. 🤣
