Sourdough Crackers recipe (from discard starter)
5-6days old discard starter 🌾
100 grams discard starter
60 grams all purpose flour
20 grams olive oil 🫒
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all the ingredients
Rest for 30mins
Flatten the dough using rolling pin,mas thin mas crispy.
Using,flat scraper or pizza cutter for desired shape.
Bake at 180c for 20-25mins
