This is a 3-phase hoist / electric winch control diagram with 2-speed up/down + brake. 440V 60Hz main power.

Let’s break it into 3 parts:
Main Power Circuit - Left side
This powers the motor M.
- QF: Main 3-phase breaker, 440V 60Hz L1 L2 L3
- FU1, FU2: Fuses for control transformer
- 1KM: Main contactor. Feeds power to the
2-speed reversing contactors
- 1FC, 2FC, 1ZC, 2ZC: Four contactors for motor speed/direction
- 1FC + 2FC = Fast Up / Fast Down contactors
- 1ZC + 2ZC = Slow Up / Slow Down contactors
- RJ1, RJ2: Thermal overload relays for motor protection. 4.0mm and 10mm cable noted
- M: 3-phase motor. Has 2 windings or Dahlander connection for Fast/Slow

Logic: You can only run Fast OR Slow, and Up OR Down. The wiring crosses over so 1FC and 2FC can’t be on together, same for 1ZC/2ZC. That’s an electrical interlock.

2. Brake Control Circuit - Middle
This is for the electromagnetic brake ZDQ.
- T1: Control transformer. Steps 440V down
- 1RY, 2RY: Varistors for surge protection
- KM5: Brake contactor. When the motor runs, KM5 energizes
- V1: 3-phase bridge rectifier. Converts AC to DC for the brake
- V2 + R2: Diode + resistor for brake release delay / anti-arcing
- FU5-FU8: Fuses for brake circuit

⚙️ ᕼOᗯ IT ᗯOᖇKՏ :

When any motor contactor runs, KM5 pulls in rectifier feeds DC to ZDQ brake releases. When you stop, KM5 drops brake engage

3. Control Circuit - Right side
Low voltage, fed from T2 through FU3, FU4.
- HL1: Power ON indicator lamp
- EM'CY STOP*: Mushroom E-stop. Breaks everything
- JT: Probably a limit switch or thermal relay
- SB1-SB4: Pushbuttons
- SB1: FAST UP
- SB2: SLOW UP
- SB3: FAST DOWN
- SB4: SLOW DOWN
- Interlocks: Notice `2ZC` is in series with `1ZC` coil and vice versa. `1FC` in series with `2FC` and vice versa. Prevents up/down or fast/slow at same time.
- RJ1, RJ2 NC contacts: In series with coils. If the motor overloads, it trips the control.
- 5KM: Seems to be for a heater or small 50W load. Also has auxiliary contacts for "system ready" chain at the bottom: `2ZC / 2FC / 1ZC / 1FC` all in parallel feeding 5KM.

⚙️ ᕼOᗯ IT ᖇᑌᑎՏ

1. Turn QF ON HL1 lights
2. Press FAST UP SB1: Path: SB1 2ZC NC 1ZC coil RJ1 NC 1FC NC 2FC NC 1KM KM.
1ZC pulls in and gives power to 1FC Motor runs Fast Up. At the same time KM5 energizes brake releases.
3. Press SLOW UP SB2: Goes through 1ZC NC 2ZC coil RJ2 NC Motor runs Slow Up
4. Same logic for DOWN with SB3/SB4 but using 1FC/2FC
5. Release button or hit E-STOP contactor drops KM5 drops brake engages immediately

⚠️KᗴY ՏᗩᖴᗴTY ᖴᗴᗩTᑌᖇᗴՏ Iᑎ TᕼIՏ ᗪIᗩᘜᖇᗩᗰ

1. Electrical + Mechanical Interlock: Fast/Slow and Up/Down cannot run together
2. Overload Protection: RJ1, RJ2 in control circuit
3. E-Stop: Hardwired
4. Brake: Failsafe, DC brake engages when power is removed
5. Fuses: FU1-FU8 protecting transformers and control
