A small business owner's life is definitely not boring. You probably spend your days wearing many hats, aside from being the executive, you're the handyman, member of the cleaning crew, marketing person, or customer relations expert. To be successful, you must be able to make the most of your time and work more efficiently.

And while we know that being your own boss has its perks—from the flexibility to work from anywhere to the ability to set your own schedule—it also comes with its challenges. You're stretched thin, overworked, and under-resourced.

So how do we do it? How do we get everything done—and stay sane in the process? I've got some tips for you:

🌻 Start by making a list of all the tasks that need to be done this week.

🌻Next, prioritize those tasks in order of importance so that the most important ones get done first.

🌻 Once you've got your priorities down, break them into smaller chunks so that each task comes off as less daunting or overwhelming. You can also use this time for planning out how long each task will take so that there are no surprises later on down the road when it comes time for completion!

🌻 Set aside some time every day (preferably early morning) where nothing else matters except for what's on your schedule for today! This is a great time for uninterrupted focus on getting things done without distractions or interruptions from others around you
