The Monetization Reality Check š
Lately, Iāve been seeing a lot of creators talk about how hard it is to earn on Facebook these days. Huhu! Sobrang baba ng revenueāeven when views stay the same or improve.
And if Iām being honest, itās sadāespecially for small creators like me.
Sa part ko naman, I didnāt feel the full impact simply because Iāve only experienced getting paid by Facebook twice⦠hihi minimum pay pa each time. š
Iāve never had a viral video or a million viewsāwala talaga. Lol.
Still, it can be discouraging when you think about all the time, effort, and heart you pour into creating. š„¹š„¹š„¹
Pero eventually, I learned to let go of those numbers. Pinabayaan ko na. š¤I paused, took a breath, and reminded myself bakit ako nagsimulaāto share my everyday life and hopefully inspire even just a few.
So I kept going. Instead, I focused on learning, improving, and doing what I love. Madalas pinapanood ko mga tutorials. Kaya salute po to content creators na walang sawang ngshashare ng mga tips. š„°
And slowly, brands started to noticeāeven with my small following.
Because when people see how dedicated you areāhow you edit, show up, and engage with sincerityāthey notice. They really do.
Thatās when it clicked: even if the platformās algorithm doesnāt favor me, there are people and communities that do. And thatās something Iām truly grateful for.
So if youāre in the same boatādonāt give up.
Keep creating. Keep showing up.
Because thereās more than one way to grow in this space. Brand collabs, affiliates, others..āthey all count. And so do you. š
