SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL SLAC
Theme: Building Inclusive Reading Excellence through Aral Implementation and Curriculum Auditing
Maysan Elementary School held SLAC session in lieu with the Department's calling of bridging the gap in literacy. Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning ARAL program will mainly targets its objectives of assisting learners with difficulty in reading and comprehending.
Series of seminars were attended by the school reading coordinators, subject coordinators both in English and Filipinio together with the supervising master teacher in literacy.
Curriculum auditing was part of the slac session to give highlight on the quarter one assesment result as to cater the learners belong to least mastered skills and will undergo the remediation program.
Dr. Roderick D. De Leon specifically addressed the importance of CIA to teachers as this will help them determine learning gap among competencies of their learners.
