During our days at the when my mother got her in 2023, for a while the was her as she undergoes some therapy and I realised that it becomes home to some people who are having health challenges.

As she age further approaching 94 years a few months ahead, there will come a time that alot of her activities - like many of us - will be best supported in this kind of .

We are grateful that with modern breakthroughs like technology in affordable plant-based form, her overall condition is still manageable.

Yes our family is still healing, but we are also working on a Dream.

Our involves different aspects from physical, to emotional especially things happened so fast for our patient, and of course there's the financial struggles that we need to recover from.

But for the next couple of months, I will also give attention to the environmental aspect since this experience is not the usual situation every familiy went through. May kakaiba sa naranasan namin that hopefully there will be enlightenment soon. Healing recoveries indeed vary from person to person and even for each family.

This is my advocacy also to all people suffering from terminal and lifestyle diseases like this.

During the months that I became part of the care support group for my sister, at the hospital we learned that many people are being diagnosed with nowadays and some of them are already terminal.
That was a sad chapter in our lives and this will be most important especially that my sister's battle with the disease only took less than a month or two to progress from stage 1 to 4 that deteriorated her health fast if I remember it right.

In real estate, a property damaged by a storm must first be assessed — identifying what’s broken, what can be salvaged, and what needs rebuilding.

Similarly, in healing, the family must assess their emotional spaces — what relationships need repair, what habits need rebuilding, and what memories will serve as anchors of strength.

There are seasons in life when purpose doesn’t roar — it whispers.
When plans pause, dreams go silent, and the only thing that matters… is holding on.

Our family recently walked through one of the hardest journeys — supporting my sister through her brief but insightful battle with . From the moment we learned about her condition in July to her passing in October, time felt like it both stood still and rushed by in waves of faith, fear, and love.

In that whirlwind, I realized something:
Purpose isn’t always found in grand achievements or perfect plans.
Sometimes, it’s revealed in presence — in simply showing up.

I wasn’t working yet. I was in between training, job hunting, and caring — balancing moments between family, pets, and the quiet exhaustion that caregiving brings. But through those days, purpose found me — not in what I did, but in who I became:
More patient. More grounded. More aware of the sacredness of time.
