Did you know that stray dogs wake up early each morning, driven by the desperate need to find food and water to ease their hunger?

When they find nothing, they may chew on weeds just to feel something in their mouths, then sleep all day outside homes or at bus stops, conserving what little energy they have. When they wake, their hunger is even worse, pushing them to rummage through garbage bags.

Please don’t ignore street dogs or turn them away. Many chase them off, but they, too, have a right to exist. Don’t be indifferent to their suffering—hunger and thirst are unbearable, especially when they can’t speak.

Street dogs are simply trying to survive. If you see a lonely dog searching for food, offer help. Together, we can save lives!

Strays can't survive on their own, they need our help for them to have food and water. Please be kind to strays, few food and water can help ease their hunger.

🍽️ Fluffy Pancakes Recipe
🧾 Ingredients
• 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1¼ cups (300ml) milk
• 1 large egg
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• Butter or oil for cooking
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3. Make the batter
Pour wet into dry. Stir gently until just combined. Lumps are okay!
4. Rest the batter (optional)
Let sit for 5–10 minutes for fluffier pancakes.
5. Cook the pancakes
Heat a greased nonstick pan over medium heat.
Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
Cook 1–2 more minutes until golden.
6. Serve and enjoy
Stack high and top with syrup, fruit, or butter!
💡 Tips for Extra Fluff
• Don’t overmix the batter.
• Let the batter rest before cooking.
• Whisk egg whites separately for extra rise.
• Try buttermilk for tangy, fluffy pancakes.

Kailangan din nila ng maayos na masisilungan.

For more than 30 years, Lola Batik worked tirelessly in the fields, yet never had a home.

No shelter, no comfort. Just tied to a tree near a stream, left out in the open, even during typhoons.

Carabaos may love water, but no animal deserves to be soaked and cold after a long day of work.

We found out that there was a time when the floods came, she was left behind. But Lola Batik fought for her life. We were told she survived because the tree she was tied to broke, she was found far away, struggling but alive.

How can anyone abandon someone who gave her whole life in service to a family?

Today, Lola Batik finally has her own little shed, a warm space with lights, clean water, dry hay, and food. She sleeps soundly now and yes, she snores

We hope one day we can give her an even better home when we relocate. She deserves peace after all she’s been through.
