127 years ago, our heroes gave their lives to grasp the freedom that we all know and love today. We, Filipinos, would not be called as such if it not for their hard work and dedication.

Let us commemorate and celebrate the courage our heroes demonstrated in achieving our freedom, and cherish our independence, as we mark the 127th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence, with the theme: "Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan."

The show continued as we celebrated the main event of the MAPEH Culmination at MSUN-IDS. Here, students are not only intelligent but also skilled and creative in the many arts, carrying weeks of determination to bring their best on stage. A dazzling showcase of creativity and the bonds of teamwork shone throughout the event, with the theme, "๐ƒ๐€๐‹๐ˆ๐“: ๐Œ๐’๐”๐-๐ˆ๐ƒ๐’ ๐‚๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐›๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ ๐‚๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐–๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ."

Music filled the air as the event took place at the Covered Court, where students from different grade levels glide through with smiles on their facesโ€”ready to claim victory. With an exceptional board of directorates and a supportive audience the event began with performances by the Grade 12 students, who showcased various cultures through vibrant festival dances. This was followed by the Chair Dance Competition, which concluded the morning events.

The afternoon competitions rolled out, each as breathtaking as the last. The students showcased their talents in dancing, singing and the arts through the following events: Folk Dance, Song Medley Competition, EthnoPop, and Sumpayi, Palihug!

By the end of the day, the Grade 10 students emerged as the overall champion, followed by Grade 11 in first place, Grade 9 in second, with Grades 8 and 7 taking third and fourth places, respectively.

Truly, the day brought a mix of excitement and thrill, marking another meaningful memory for the students in the years to come.
