What is the Level 1 11 to 17 Junior Development Certification?
The Junior Development Workshop Certification emphasizes the importance of creating a coaching environment in which junior players can learn to play quickly. �
Elements of the Certification Workshop
• Communication and organization skills for the coach
• Structure and content of tennis lessons
• Appropriate games and activities for the age group�• Play as quickly as possible
• Appropriate competition for different ages
• What to teach depending on the 5 playing situations
The Level 1 Certification course is for coaches looking for a solid foundation to develop essential coaching fundamentals. The introductory skills covering juniors, adults to improve coaching knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
All participants MUST do three kinds of tests (exams)
