On June 22, 2025 Sta. Cruz Marinduque Philippines District Conference was held in Mogpog Chapel at Sumangga, Mogpog. Marinduque. It was attended by the members, investigators, missionaries and leaders of the 5 branches of the Sta Cruz Marinduque District namely Boac, Buenavista, Gasan, Mogpog, Sta. Cruz, and Torrijos Branch. It was also attended by the members of the San Pablo Mission Presidency; President Jonathan Scholl as the Mission President together with his wife Sister Karen Scholl and President Oscar Balgos as First Counselor with his wife Sister Lorena Balgos.
The highlights of this District Conference were the releasing and sustaining of new calls to the District Presidency of the Marinduque District as well as the giving of thanks to the former leaders of the Marinduque District of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, namely President Jay Sena Sotto former District President, Pres. Michael Estarez 2nd Counselor, Pres. Eugene Rozal 1st Counselor. The newly called to the leadership were President Noel Macdon District President, President Nilo Madriaga 2nd Counselor and President Crisencio Marciano 1st Counselor. Each of them including their wives were given the opportunity to share their thanks and testimonies. They all extend their heartfelt gratitude to the members for sustaining them and having them support to their callings. Also asked for the members love and unity to help the District become a Stake. President Macdon, the newly called District President of Marinduque District and his wife give emphasis on the Ministering and Linking Arms of the members, leaders, and missionaries to rescue those in need, as well as the Area Priorities which is to Come Unto Christ, Make and Keep Temple Covenants, and Strengthen the Rising Generation. And lastly, President Scholl San Pablo Mission President, encouraged members to look for those that are lost and to act on faith that we have.

Tingnan : Noong ika-09 ng Abril 2025 ang mga Kabataan, Young Single Adults, Full time Missionaries at mga Pinuno ng Simbahan ng Ang Simbahan ni Hesukristo ng Mga Banal Sa Huling Araw sa Marinduque District ay nagsagawa ng isang sabay-sabay na gawaing TREE PLANTING Activity sa bawat sangay nito sa parehas na petsa o araw. Ang mga Sangay o Bayan na ito ay ang Gasan, Boac, Mogpog at Torrijos. Hangarin ng Gawain na ito'y upang "Ipagpatuloy ang pagdami ng mga puno at Maipreserba ang Natural at Ganda ng ating Inang Kalikasan".

On March 29, 2025, at the Mogpog Chapel, members of the women of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of the Marinduque District from its 5 branches; Mogpog, Boac, Gasan, Sta Cruz and Torrijos, gathered to participate in the 183rd Anniversary of the Church's Relief Society.
Each Branch had several different products displayed or presented that they made and other products they use in their livelihood. There was also a Family History display, games and dancing that added to the fun during the activity or celebration.

What is the Relief Society?
The Relief Society is the women's organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, founded in 1842, with the purpose of helping women prepare for eternal life by strengthening faith, families, and homes, and working together to help those in need.
Relief Society activities aim to help women increase their faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, and to live righteous lives. The organization seeks to empower women to strengthen their families and homes through ordinances, covenants, and unity and as well as to provide opportunities for women to serve and help those in need, both within their communities and beyond.
