𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟 | Is Math Really Hard?

A lot of students think math is one of the hardest subjects in school. Some even feel scared the moment they see numbers and formulas. But maybe math is not really as hard as we think; it might just be misunderstood.

Most of the time, our fear of math stems from a lack of practice or from past bad experiences. When we fail once or twice, we start believing we’re “not good at math,” and that mindset makes it even harder to learn.

But if we look closely, math is actually part of our daily lives. We use it when we budget money, cook food, or even when we play games that involve strategy. Math is really a language of patterns and problem-solving; it trains our minds to think clearly and logically.

So instead of being afraid, maybe we should look at math with curiosity. With more practice and a positive mindset, math doesn’t have to be scary. It can be something useful, fun, and even exciting.

Maybe math is not really hard,it’s just waiting for us to understand it better.

Well… at least there’s that crush who still says “𝘎𝘖𝘖𝘋 𝘓𝘜𝘊𝘒 𝘗𝘖 🤍” (𝘣𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘨 𝘫𝘰𝘬𝘦 𝘳𝘢 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘫𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘯).

But seriously, don’t forget to balance things out—study hard, rest well, and take care of your mental health.

Aside from keeping your card from getting lost in your bag or pocket, they make identification quick and easy—whether you’re in school, at work, or at an event. Over time, lanyards also became part of culture: in schools, they teach discipline; in companies, they show professionalism; and in events, they even help with networking. Plus, those logos, colors, and mottos printed on them? That’s branding in action, showing pride and belonging.

So next time you wear your ID lanyard, think of it as more than just a strap—it’s both your safety pass and your badge of pride.

𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦 | Who’s Your Spirit Animal? Our campus is more than just classrooms and hallways—it’s a living zoo of personalities!

Some students are like dogs—loyal, energetic, and always ready to help. Others are like cats—independent, observant, and sometimes mysterious. You’ll also find the rabbit-types who are bubbly and full of energy, or the turtle-types who may be quiet but wise and steady.

This fun take on student life reminds us that, just like in the animal kingdom, every personality has a place in our community. Together, we make the campus more colorful, lively, and exciting!

Kung tan-awon nimo og tarong, dili basura akong gikarga… kundi tanan kapoy, quizzes, projects, ug heartaches nga giipon sa sem. Pero kay naa koy kuyog nga motabang, di siya ingon nga bug-at.

Bright Campus, Bright Minds: Clean-Up Drive for Sci-Math Week!

In preparation for the much-anticipated Sci-Math Week, students and teachers of Blancia College Foundation, Inc. came together for a campus-wide clean-up drive on September 19, 2025. Armed with brooms, dustpans, and bags for trash, everyone worked hand in hand to ensure a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming environment.

The activity not only aimed to beautify the school grounds but also to instill discipline, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility among students in caring for the environment.

With the collaborative effort of the school community, the clean-up drive concluded successfully—leaving the campus refreshed, vibrant, and ready to host the long-awaited Sci-Math Week celebration.

𝗘𝗞𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗔 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗦 | Clean-up drive ug 30 minutes sa school. Ang akong mga classmates busy kaayo sa battle kontra basura—naa’y nagkuha, naa’y nagbitbit, ug naa’y naglabay.

Pero ako? Naa ko'y special mission: 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘢𝘩𝘰𝘺 𝘬𝘢𝘺 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘰-𝘭𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘸.

Dili lalim ang ning akong role oi. Kinahanglan og balance, focus, ug kusog nga imaginary powers. Every second, murag Sangre level sa Encantadia A.K.A. Sangre Danaya akong gibuhat—protektahan ang kahoy gikan sa invisible threat.

Maong bisag unsaon kog tawag sa akong classmate kay maghakot me ug basura, dli gyud ko mohawa dri, bantayan ko gyud ning kahoy kay basin mohawa.

𝗧𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗔 | Imagine if every pen still smudged and left messy ink blots everywhere. That was real life before 1938—until Hungarian journalist László Bíró stepped in. Frustrated with leaky fountain pens, he created the ballpoint pen: a clever design with a tiny rolling ball and quick-dry ink.

From that point on, writing was smoother, cleaner, and way less stressful. Big names like Faber-Castell and Pilot later joined the scene, bringing us the pens we rely on for school, office work, and everyday life.

Fast forward to today, the ballpen isn’t just a tool—it’s a game changer that turned messy notes into neat ideas.

Abi ninyo easy ra ang life sa computer lab? Nope. Ang pinakalisod nga challenge dili exam… kundi ang pagpa-ON sa computer.

Ako? Smile lang sa camera, murag productive kaayo. Pero sa tinuod, ang monitor walay signal, ang CPU murag naghikog, ug ang classmate nako halos mag-engineer na sulod sa system unit.

Niana si Sir: ‘𝘒𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘥 𝘮𝘰 𝘴𝘢 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘮, 𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘸 𝘬𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘰𝘭.’

𝗧𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗔 | Think yellow pad paper is just for exams and endless notes? Not quite! Its story is actually rooted in creativity and innovation.

In 1888, Thomas W. Holley had a brilliant idea: he stitched leftover scrap papers together to reduce waste—an early example of resourcefulness. By the early 1900s, the paper was dyed yellow after researchers discovered that the color was easier on the eyes than plain white.

Fast forward to today, the yellow pad is still our reliable companion for cramming, doodling, and jotting down fresh ideas. A simple yet smart invention—proof that science and creativity can turn even scraps into something essential!
