It's not a debate of "whose obligation", rather a question of "LOVE" to your old parents, if you are willing to help them in their old age. like how your parents willingly give their "whole life" and sacrifice their life for their children.
Helping can never become a "burden" when you truly love, but it motivates us and teaches us to be more loving and kind.
