I read something that said parents with kids under six usually get less than an hour of personal time a day.
Less than an hour.

That hit me hard. Because some days I wonder why I feel so drained. Why I feel like I’m losing pieces of myself.

Of course it feels heavy. Of course it feels overwhelming.
It’s not because I’m doing it wrong.
It’s because this is hard.

So if you’re in it right now, if your coffee is cold and your patience is thin, you’re not alone.
You’re doing something that takes all of you. And you’re still showing up.
That is not small. That is everything.

They reveal more about you than about him.

Because to mock a man who died chasing a dream…

unforgivable!

The fact that you wouldn’t even dream it
proves just how limited your life has become.

You measure life by survival.
He measured it by meaning.

You chose safety.
He chose summit.

You ask, “Anong silbi?”
But some things in life are not meant to be useful.

They’re meant to be felt.

Not everything needs a prize, recognition, or a trophy.

Some things matter because they awaken the soul.

He didn’t die for fame.
He didn’t climb for applause.

He climbed because he was called.
Because something inside him burned brighter than fear.

And guess what?

In one climb,
he lived louder, fiercer, and more fully
than most people do in a lifetime of staying “safe.”

So no…he didn’t waste his life.

He just aimed higher than your mindset ever could.

Some people die climbing mountains. Others die never having climbed anything at all.

Mom's "me-time" or time alone is such an underrated blessing.

Kaya kapag nakita niyo ang nanay o asawa niyo na nakaupo o nakahiga ng walang ginagawa, hayaan nyo sila. Hindi sila tinatamad. Maaring ito lamang ang natatanging oras nila para tumigil sa kakaisip ng susunod na gawain, o para huminga ng malalim, o magpahinga sandali.

Ang makaubos ng kape nang hindi lumalamig, gusto namin iyan.

Ang makapagtooth brush ng walang abala, gusto namin iyan.

Ang makaligo ng walang nadidinig na umiiyak o tumatawag sa amin, gusto namin iyan.

Ang makapagbihis ng tuluy-tuloy, gusto namin iyan.

Bigyan natin sila ng oras para sa sarili nila, kahit na saglit lang.
