Tips for First-Time Teaching Applicants 101
Part I
Carefully read the Division Memorandum issued by your respective SDO to understand the guidelines and requirements.
Prepare and organize all the required documents. It is helpful to keep a simplified checklist or notes for easy tracking.
Use ear tags or labels to organize your documents according to each criterion.
Ensure that your documents are arranged neatly, clearly, and in an organized manner.
Calculate your possible points for Education, Training, and Experience so you will have a realistic expectation of your ranking.
Start preparing early for the Demonstration Teaching and Teaching-Related Function (TRF).
