Sa mga momshie po jan na newly broken hearted sa mga asawa nilang manloloko well mga mommies opo masakit po sobrang sakit po na maloko po tau ng mga asawa natin na tipong parang gusto mo ng mawala sa mundo dahil sa sobrang sakit lalo na may mga batang involve pero once na nakamove on kna tatawanan mo nlng ang nakaraan, yung tipong kapag naalala mo na nagpakamartir ka noon at nagpakatanga at nag aksaya ng mga luha. Kasal po kmi at may 2 anak panganay ko 10 y/o at bunso ko nman 8 y/o na ngaun almost 1 y/o plng ang bunso ko ng naghiwalay kmi ng asawa ko dahil lang sa ibang babae sobrang sakit po nung maghiwalay kmi nung time na un prang gusto ko ng mawala dahil dko matanggap na yung pinangarap ko dati na magkaroon ng isang masayang buong pamilya ay naglaho na dahil sa pambabae ng asawa ko masakit lalo sakin bilang isang ina na ang kalalakihan ng anak ko ay isang broken family kya matindi nlng ang galit ko sa asawa ko ngaun dahil hindi lang pamilya nya ang sinira nya kundi buhay ng mga anak nmin ang sinira nya lumaki ang mga anak ko na hindi nla nrmdaman ang pgmamahal ng isang ama, hindi nla kinamulatan na may isang ama sa tabi nla hanggang sa matuto silang magbasa at magsulat walang ama na naghahatid sknla sa eskwela wlang ama silang ksma sa tuwing may school activities sila, wlang ama na nagtatanggol sknla sa tuwing may nambubully sknla. Ako po lahat ang tumatayong ama't ina sa mga anak ko. Kya sobrang sakit po sakin ang makitang lumalaki mga anak ko na walang ama. Pero kahit po papaano proud po ako sa sarili ko dahil napalaki ko po sila ng maayos at buong puso ko pong naibubuhos ang pagmamahal ko sa kanila sobrang masaya na po ako ngaun sa mga anak ko kahit wala npo akong asawa hinding hindi ko po ipagpapalit mga anak ko sa ibang lalaki. Ang sakin lang po sa mga asawa jan na babaero sna po maging responsable po tau isipin po natin ang kapakanan at kinabukasan ng mga bata ang pambababae panandaliang sarap lang yan, ang ating pamilya at lalo na ang ating mga anak sila ang buhay natin na nakapagbibigay ng saya habang nabubuhay tau. At sa mga babae nman na mahilig kumabit sa mga lalakeng pamilyado na hindi habang buhay magiging masaya kau sa mga lalaking kinakabitan nyo darating ang panahon iiwan at iiwan din kau in short pagsasawaan lang kau at lalaspagin magpakasaya lang kau habang ginagamit kayong parausan dahil yang saya na yan na inaakala nyo ay hindi panghabang buhay... What are the requirements for a couple to get married in the Philippines?

1. Legal Age: Both parties must be at least 18 years old to marry. If either party is below 21 years old, parental consent is required. 2. Marriage License: A marriage license is essential for a valid marriage. The couple must apply for this license at the local civil registrar in the municipality where either of them resides. Menopause Sa Lalaki: Ano Ito?

Kung ang babae ay may menopause, ang mga lalaki naman ay may andropause. Iba ang sintomas ng menopause sa babae kumpara sa lalaki.
Ang menopause sa babae ay biglang dumarating ng mga edad 45 hanggang 55, kung saan hihinto na ang pag-re-regla ng babae. Tumitigil na ang paggawa ng itlog (egg cell) ng babae at biglang babagsak ang lebel ng estrogen sa katawan. Dahil dito, nakararamdam ang babae ng pag-iinit ng katawan (hot flushes), irregular na regla, pagkabalisa, hindi makatulog at pag-iinit ng ulo.
Kumonsulta sa iyong OB-gynecologist para malunasan ito.
Andropause Sa Lalaki:
Ang andropause ay posibleng mangyari sa mga lalaki. Ito ang tinaguriang “male menopause.”
Mula sa edad 30 ay unti-unti nang bumababa ang lebel ng testosterone ng lalaki ng 1% kada taon. Pagdating ng edad 70 ay posibleng bumaba na ang lebel ng testosterone ng halos 50%. Dahil dahan-dahan ang pagbaba ng testosterone at hindi ito gaano napapansin ng kalalakihan.
Ang sintomas ng andropause ay ang (1) pagbawas ng gana sa s*x, (2) lumiliit na mga masel ng katawan, (3) panghihina, at (4) pagbaba ng kumpiyansa sa sarili (low self confidence). Ang iba naman ay nalulungkot at nahihirapan matulog.
Para malaman kung mababa ang iyong testosterone, puwede itong ipasuri sa laboratoryo sa pamamagitan ng blood test.
Ano ang solusyon sa andropause? Una, kumain ng masustansya at ituloy ang regular na ehersisyo. Pangalawa, magpa-check up sa doktor para malaman kung may ibang dahilan ang iyong nararamdaman. Baka naman hindi andropause ang sanhi ng sintomas mo.
Huling payo: Mag-ingat din sa pag-inom ng mga supplements para sa testosterone. Hindi pa tiyak ang benepisyo at peligro nito. Kumonsulta sa inyong doktor. Good luck.

The Right to File For a Concubinage Case

The legal wife has all the power to go after her philandering husband. Here in the Philippines, the act of concubinage is a criminal offense and the cheating husband can very much end up in jail once a case is pursued. If your husband is “keeping a mistress in the conjugal dwelling, having s*xual in*******se under scandalous circumstances with a woman who is not his wife, or cohabitating with her in any other place,” you can file for a case under RA 9262, or the Anti-violence Against Women and Children Act of 2004. One instance is enough to file a case. However, this poses a problem for most wives – you need solid evidence of concubinage for the case to triumph. The Right to File Against an Abusive Spouse

As a legal wife, you don’t have to live through the nightmare of abuse. You have the power to save yourself and your children from harm caused by an abusive spouse. The Right to Claim Conjugal Properties

One of the most important rights of the legal wife is the claim to conjugal properties. Except only when a prenuptial agreement was signed, anything you and your husband owned at the time of marriage, plus properties you have acquired during the marriage are considered conjugal property or community property. As long as you’re still the legal wife and the contract of marriage still binds you together, you have a claim over your marriage’s conjugal properties even if you and your husband are no longer living together.

In Case of Death, the Right to Claim Husband’s Remains

As long as you’re not yet annulled, the legal wife will always have the right to claim the remains of her deceased husband. This right doesn’t take into consideration whether you are still in good terms or already living separate lives for many years. As long as the contract of marriage still binds the husband and wife, the husband’s remains automatically go to to the wife.

The Right to Ask for Spousal Support

As long as the legal wife and spouse are still married, the wife has the right to ask for spousal support (also known as alimony). The law clearly states that one of the obligations of married parties is to support family members, including the spouse. This right, however, is denied from the offending spouse. The only ground for the wife to not be eligible for spousal support is when she is guilty of abandonment – an act of leaving the home for three or more months without letting the other party know of her whereabouts. The act of leaving the home to escape an abusive spouse is not considered abandonment and the wife has all the rights to require her spouse to give alimony. This responsibility is stopped once marriage is annulled.

They say the law is unfair to women, but fortunately, it can be fair for the legal wives. Through their legal rights, wives will no longer be silent victims. With the help of the law, the wife can fight and claim for what is rightfully hers.
