Coming back from a hiatus and re-entering the virtual work scene gives you a whole new perspective 💫

And it made me realize something important that I think every VA (seasoned or aspiring) needs to hear right now...

As remote workers, we get so caught up in the hustle that our main goal becomes, “Please just hire me.” But the real prayer- the real intention - should be bigger:

👉 “Please lead me somewhere I can actually thrive.”

Hold out for somewhere that:
✅ Values your wellbeing, not just your output

✅ Sees your effort, not just your results

✅ Gives you room to grow instead of just survive

✅ Feels sustainable, not like something you have to recover from every weekend

A paycheck gets you through the month.

A healthy workplace gets you through your career.

Don’t just hope for a client. Hope for the right partner, aim for the right fit—the kind of environment that gives more than it takes. 🙏
