Shrimp and Veggie Salad Bowl

🥗 Ingredients:

1/2 lb cooked shrimp

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, sliced

2 boiled eggs, halved

1/4 cup sweet corn (canned or cooked)

4 cups mixed greens (arugula, romaine, spinach, etc.)

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper

🥣 Instructions:

1. Prep Ingredients:
Slice cucumbers, halve tomatoes and eggs. If shrimp is uncooked, boil or sauté them until pink.

2. Assemble Salad:
In a large bowl, add mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, corn, shrimp, and egg halves. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

3. Dress:
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve chilled.

Blackened Salmon with Shrimp Cream Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, and Asparagus

🧄 Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Shrimp Cream Sauce:

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley or chives (optional)

Sides:

1 bunch of asparagus

2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared your favorite way)

Olive oil, salt, pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Season and Cook Salmon:
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Rub it onto salmon. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high and sear salmon 4-5 minutes per side.

2. Cook Shrimp and Make Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side. Add cream and Parmesan, cook until thickened. Return shrimp to pan.

3. Roast Asparagus:
Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.

4. Plate:
Serve salmon over mashed potatoes, spoon shrimp sauce over the top, and serve with roasted asparagus 😋

Beef and Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1 medium Napa cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, adds umami)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup beef broth or water
- Vegetable oil for stir-frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 small onion, thinly sliced; 1-2 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, and the cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Stir-fry the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Stir-fry the Vegetables: Add a little more oil to the pan if needed. Add the minced garlic (and onion if using) and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the Napa cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp-tender.
4. Combine and Simmer: Return the beef to the pan. Add the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and beef broth. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer, and cook for 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
5. Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sliced green onions (if using) and serve immediately over rice.

This recipe allows for customization. Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms. You can also adjust the amount of sauce to your liking.

Rich, smoky, and melt-in-your-mouth tender—these Creamy Paprika Steak Shells are the cozy comfort food your skillet was made for. Creamy, bold, and weeknight-ready! 🥩🌶️🧄🍝

Ingredients:

12 oz shell pasta

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Cook shell pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Add the cooked shells and steak back to the skillet. Toss everything to coat evenly.

NO-BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE 🍋☀️❄️

For the Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)

¼ cup melted unsalted butter

2 tbsp sugar (optional)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

2 cups cream cheese (softened)

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tsp vanilla extract

For Garnish (optional):

Whipped cream

Lemon slices

Mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make the crust:

Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined.

Press into the bottom of a lined 9-inch springform pan or a rectangle mold.

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Prepare the filling:

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.

Beat until silky and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.

3. Assemble:

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust.

Smooth the top with a spatula.

4. Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.

5. Serve:

Slice and garnish with whipped cream, lemon slices, or mint leaves as shown in the photo.
